Presented by Unwind at Westclox - located in the "Music Suite Annex" down the hall. At 7pm, join Todd Fink of The Giving Tree Band and "Kind Mind" podcast for a little music, guided group mindfulness practice and a talk exploring the meaning of life and path to well-being entitled:

Kevin Roy Kramer will lead a grounding and healing drum circle from 1-2pm in the Westclox fine arts factory room. So, everyone is invited to make this a self-care day!

There is plenty to do and see at this unique repurposed old clock factory including the Unwind spa, jewelry, art gallery and Star Union Spirits - a new distillery and tasting room where guests can connect before and after the talk.

AND...everyone is encouraged to take some time to plug into the big battery of nature at nearby Starved Rock State Park. Take a contemplative walk in the morning or afternoon and treat it as a charging station for your spirit. Todd will be out there in the afternoon before the talk.
